Our CHOCOLATES & Confections
Using classic techniques and the finest ingredients, Superfine is a small woman-owned chocolate company specializing in limited small-batch sweets. Inspired by contemporary pop culture and art, we use seasonal, local ingredients from farms and specialty purveyors in the constantly evolving menu.
How It started
Marisa Favata began Superfine in 2021 from her tiny New York City apartment, drawing on her experience in Michelin-starred kitchens Gramercy Tavern and Per Se. Guided by a deep love for craftsmanship and creativity, she channels her expertise into crafting luxurious chocolates with obsessive attention to detail.
the process
We pride ourselves in making small handmade batches. We don’t use preservatives and are committed to supporting local farmers and purveyors, using ethically sourced organic ingredients.
Where are we?
We operate out of a small food incubator kitchen in the Seaport District of NYC that isn’t open to the public. While we don’t have a storefront *yet*, you can find our chocolates at various purveyors and pop-ups around NYC. Check our Instagram page for the most up to date information!
